Not cheap, but does the job very well. Warm without overheating the head even when brisk walking for an hour. Sufficiently waterproof as well. Good quality.

I was running in the rain and envisioned a warm, comfortable beanie that also had a waterproof layer. And, Sealskinz makes one. I love it. Running in the rain made more comfortable!

Nice lose fit. Warm. The waterproofing seems fine. The high vis stitching is useful in the dark. I was glad it didn’t blow away at John o’Groats, as it served me well for the NC500 in winter. I plan to take it with my to do the Lofoten Long Crossing - backpacking long distance hike in Norway, later this year.
