My walking boots are falling apart - letting in water and even grit. I haven't been able to find any new ones that fit comfortably. With my waterproof socks I can just keep wearing these ones until I find new boots - which may be some time. I can follow the dog through the long wet grass and muddly puddles for as long as I like now.
